Who we certify

We keep the circle small on purpose. Partnership is by application, in cohorts, and the credential means something because not everyone holds it. We look for credentialed executive coaches already working with senior leaders, who want a method rather than another tool.

Certification is a focused program: the method, a live practicum, and accreditation.
